AI Developer (Claude + AWS)

Datavent is a boutique Data Engineering and AI consultancy, proudly an AWS and Anthropic(in-process) Registered Partner. We develop AI-ready data platforms for regulated enterprise clients throughout Europe and the Gulf region. We are currently expanding our Claude AI delivery network as part of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network. We are growing our network of trusted AI delivery engineers to collaborate on client projects across Europe and the Gulf. We start on a freelance basis, with the potential to grow into a permanent role as the practice scales Tasks • Design and build Claude-powered AI applications and agents for enterprise clients • Develop and deploy RAG pipelines with document ingestion, vector search, and retrieval optimisation • Build and publish MCP servers that connect Claude to enterprise data sources, APIs, and internal tools • Automate repetitive enterprise workflows using Claude: document processing, report generation, data extraction, and decision supportImprove developer experience by integrating Claude into internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering workflows • Replace or augment manual business processes with Claude-powered agents and agentic workflows • Collaborate with Datavent leads on client delivery, solution design, and technical documentation Requirements • Strong Python background with production-grade delivery experience • Hands-on experience building LLM applications: RAG, agents, tool use, prompt engineering • Experience building or consuming MCP servers is a strong plus • Familiarity with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3 is a plus)Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or direct Anthropic API usageBased in Europe, able to work in CET timezone • Independent, communicates clearly with clients and senior stakeholders Benefits • Access to real enterprise client engagements through an AWS Registered Partner • Anthropic Claude Partner Network training and certification currently only available through approved partners, not open to independent developers.
