Business Analyst (ATP / Order Fulfillment

Business Analyst / ATP & Order Fulfilment Experience 5+ Yrs Location: Germany / Remote Project language: English For the life sciences sector, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in ATP / AATP (Available-to-Promise) and Order Fulfillment processes to support a large SAP OTC initiative. The focus of the project is the business-side analysis and further development of ATP and Order Fulfillment processes. Tasks Qualifications: • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Expert or Functional Consultant • Proven experience within Pharma, Biotechnology or Life Sciences environments • Strong understanding of ATP (Available-to-Promise) and Order Fulfillment processes • Experience with Product Allocation, Backorder Processing and Substitution processes • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and test scripts • Experience with UAT and business validation activities • Ability to understand and analyze process reporting and business KPIs • Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes • Experience working in international projects • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English • German and/or French would be advantageous Requirements Responsibilities: • Analyze ATP and Order Fulfillment processes from a business perspective • Gather, structure and document business requirements • Develop business scenarios related to Product Allocation, Substitution and Backorder Processing • Create user stories, acceptance criteria and business requirements • Prepare and execute business testing and UAT activities • Develop and maintain test scripts and test scenarios • Analyze process reports and derive business recommendations • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities • Document business rules and process decisions • Translate business needs into clear requirements for the implementation team • Contribute ATP and Order Fulfillment best practices from Life Sciences environments • Act as a business representative for ATP-related processes Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
