About This Role
Our mission at HEY HOLY: Taking dog health to the next level through nutrition. Instead of one-size-fits-all, we focus on breed-specific, functional food - developed with veterinarians and with the goal of enabling every dog to live a long, healthy life.
What began as an idea in 2022 is today a rapidly growing e-Com/DTC subscription model serving over 20,000 dogs. Our 20-person team is set to grow to over 40 by the end of 2026 - now is the perfect time to join.
This is a high-impact role where you will take our core performance marketing channels to new heights - owning Paid Social & Paid Search, with a potential path to develop into a Director role and take on additional online channels over time (e.g., CRM, Influencer Marketing, etc.)
Tasks
• You own our Paid Social & Paid Search channels end-to-end, defining the strategy, setting operational priorities, and managing execution to profitably scale new-customer growth within our subscription-based E-Com/D2C model.
• You fully lead the execution engine on Meta by developing a strong creative strategy, managing a high-velocity and high-quality creative production engine with in-house teams and agencies, and continuously improving sales funnels (incl. landing pages) with our Shop team
• You manage and develop a high-performing in-house team and external partners, defining clear priorities, responsibilities and further improving workflows, tools, and infrastructure (with a strong focus on AI and automation).
• You scale Google to the next level by optimizing campaign setups, ad strategy, and budget allocation, while exploring and testing new funnels for different intent clusters.
• You lead a structured channel reporting and qualitative creative analysis, systematically identifying bottlenecks, new sales angles, and growth opportunities and providing clear guidance to the team.
• You translate performance, creative, and additional customer insights into clear hypotheses and structured testing roadmaps for media buying, creative production and funnel optimization.
• You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product/Customer Research, Shop, Data/Analytics, other Sales Channels, and Operations, to align priorities and maximize business impact across the funnel.
• You are always ahead of platform developments, algorithm changes, best practices in and beyond the dog food market and have a strong eye on the more advanced US & UK markets to generate learnings and testing opportunities.
Requirements
•
You bring 6+ years of experience in the relevant channels, with a strong track record in scaling profitable new-customer growth for E-Com/D2C brands.

You have deep operational and strategic expertise in Meta & Google with end-to-end ownership in previous roles including strategy, budget planning & forecasting, hands-on execution, and performance analysis, with clear accountability for results.

You are analytically strong and always on top of your numbers, combining multiple data sources and attribution models with a strong customer-centric mindset and your commercial/sales expertise.
•
You are strong in direct-response creative strategy and funnel building (incl. landing pages) and know how to build structured, insight-driven creative testing pipelines to improve message-market fit and conversion along the entire funnel.

You have leadership experience with in-house teams, agencies, and freelancers, plus strong execution, stakeholder management, and project management skills to bring complex projects to live in a fast pace environment.

You have a builder mindset and thrive on creating scalable structures (workflows, reporting routines, infrastructure, and tools). You have experience with AI and automation or a strong drive to become an expert in this field.

You have strong ownership and drive to scale - you take initiative, stay persistent in challenging times, and never stop to find new solutions and creative approaches to unlock further growth.
