For Freelance/Contractor Applicants based in the EU It is 2026 and recruiting still feels like a black box. There are enough candidates, enough recruiters and enough interviews happening. Yet companies still struggle to find and hire A-players. The result? Frustration, wrong hires, candidates treated like numbers. Eleva Search is a boutique staffing agency founded by me, Cristina - built on the belief that great recruiting combines structured, data driven thinking with human connection. Exceptional hiring is about precision and strategy: understanding what a client truly needs and finding the gem hidden inside the noise. I work with clients across Germany and Europe, and I'm looking for a motivated colleague to join me in placing mostly technical, and sometimes commercial, roles. Tasks • Identify and attract top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, AI-powered sourcing, and market research • Understand what truly drives candidates, their ambitions, motivations, goals, and non-negotiables • Reach out with personalized messages that earns the candidate's attention • Build strategic sourcing reports that give clients real market transparency and clear hiring direction Requirements Your A player qualities: • You take ownership, challenging searches don't intimidate you • 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, ideally for technical or engineering roles • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities • Fluent in German (C1 or above) and English, with the confidence to engage candidates from junior to C-level • Active sourcing is your strength, you know how to identify, approach, and engage top talent others overlook • Curious and always learning, you thrive in startup environments where your ideas and initiative shape outcomes Benefits • Work from anywhere.
