About the Role: We are looking for a UK Company Nominee Director to support a company with basic corporate compliance requirements. This is a part-time, non-operational role with minimal involvement. The initial setup may take 1-2 hours, followed by occasional tasks throughout the year. Once the company bank account is established, the role is largely passive. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the appointed UK Nominee Director. • Sign relevant company and bank account documents remotely. • Assist with occasional corporate compliance requirements. Compensation: 100 - 125 per month.
