About This Role
Your new team:
Would you like to build Salesforce solutions that directly improve the experience of thousands of customers? At auxmoney, you will join a dynamic, cross functional team with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a 360 degree view of the customer journey. You will work at the intersection of tech, product, and business, shaping scalable platform capabilities and reliable workflows that support one of Europe s leading fintech platforms.
What you can expect:
• Own end to end delivery: You architect, implement, and maintain high quality Salesforce solutions across Apex, Flows, LWC, and data models, and you take technical ownership from design to release.
• Build strong architectures: You apply clean architecture, testability, and performance best practices, and you raise the bar for maintainable code across the platform.
• Deliver great Salesforce UX: You design and optimize Lightning Web Components with strong performance, thoughtful interaction patterns, and a focus on usable, scalable experiences.
• Secure by design: You implement robust security and sharing concepts aligned with Salesforce s security model, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field level security.
• Integrate with confidence: You design and implement integrations via REST and SOAP, platform events, and connectors with resilient patterns, strong authentication, and thorough error handling.
• Optimize for scale: You build within Salesforce governor limits and enforce best practices for bulkification, caching, transaction management, and async processing.
• Raise engineering standards: You define and champion platform standards, coding conventions, code reviews, and design guidelines as a trusted technical authority.
• Mentor and multiply impact: You coach junior and mid level developers through pair programming, structured knowledge sharing, and pragmatic guidance that improves team output.
• Partner across stakeholders: You collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Operations to translate complex business needs into scalable technical designs and delivery plans.
• Test for trust: You set expectations for meaningful unit and integration testing, and you help the team maintain strong, reliable coverage that supports safe delivery.
• Keep the platform reliable: You strengthen observability and maintainability through documentation, architectural decision records, and practical knowledge sharing.
• Work setup: You will work remotely within Germany, with collaboration routines that keep delivery fast, aligned, and transparent.
Your profile
• Seasoned Salesforce development: You bring extensive hands on Salesforce development experience (8+ years) in enterprise environments and a track record of delivering impact at scale.
• Technical leadership: You are advanced in Flows and highly proficient in Apex and OOP, and you confidently choose the right approach across Flow, Apex, and configuration.
• Strong LWC expertise: You have deep experience with Lightning Web Components, including lifecycle, reactivity, performance optimization, and UI and UX best practices.
• Security and compliance mindset: You understand Salesforce s security and sharing model and design for least privilege from the start.
• Integration skills: You connect Salesforce to external systems via REST and SOAP, OAuth, and named or external credentials, and you select suitable integration patterns for complex scenarios.
• Built for scale: You consistently apply best practices in governor limits, bulkification, transactions, async processing, and error handling, and you help others do the same.
• Delivery discipline: You work fluently with Git and pull requests, and you have hands on experience with CI and CD for Salesforce, for example Salesforce DX and GitHub Actions.
• Clear communication: You communicate technical concepts clearly in English and collaborate effectively in cross functional teams.
• Nice to have: You bring German skills, Salesforce certifications such as PD I or PD II, Architect track progress, and experience with managed packages, platform events, and Data Loader or ETL.
