Earn a Monthly Retainer for Minimal Ongoing Involvement We are looking for a UK-based individual to act as a Nominee Director for an established company. This role is primarily administrative and compliance-focused, with very little time required once initial onboarding is completed. During the first month, you may spend approximately 1-2 hours assisting with company setup and banking documentation. Thereafter, involvement is typically limited to occasional document reviews and signatures, with some periods requiring no action at all.
