To accelerate our presence in a high-potential region, we re hiring a full-cycle, hunter-style Account Executive based in Southern California -a leading market for premium and preventive healthcare.
The Role
We re seeking a driven full-cycle Account Executive to lead new clinic acquisition across Southern California.
This role is 100% focused on hunting, building relationships, and establishing new partnerships with clinics that value advanced diagnostics and elevated patient experience.
You will manage the entire sales motion:
Prospecting Discovery Presentation Proposal Negotiation Close Early Activation.
What You ll Do
Drive New-Logo Growth Across California
Target:
• Concierge & VIP medicine practices
• Integrative & functional medicine clinics
• Longevity, anti-aging, performance, and wellness centers
• Executive health programs
• Build and manage your outbound pipeline (email, LinkedIn, networking, strategic calling).
• Attend regional events and conduct in-person clinic visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners, medical directors, and practice managers.
Own the Full Sales Cycle
• Lead discovery conversations and assess clinical workflow needs.
• Deliver compelling presentations that differentiate Molecular You from traditional lab options.
• Build proposals, navigate pricing discussions, and close new clinic partnerships.
Support Early Activation
• Partner with onboarding and customer success teams to support smooth clinic launch.
• Ensure clinics complete initial blood draws and begin integrating testing.
• Monitor early usage and assist with resolving roadblocks during the first 90 days.
Sales Process Excellence
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in the CRM.
• Participate in weekly sales syncs and strategy sessions.
• Maintain strong activity levels and consistent pipeline coverage.
Who You Are
Required
• 3+ years in B2B sales with a strong emphasis on new-business hunting.
• Experience selling into clinical environments-diagnostics, lab services, medical devices, healthtech, or similar.
• Proven ability to independently generate and manage outbound pipeline.
• Excellent consultative selling, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship builder with clinicians and operations teams.
• Located in Southern California, with the ability to travel locally for clinic visits.
Preferred
• Experience selling diagnostics or advanced testing solutions.
• Network within concierge, integrative, preventive, or longevity medicine communities.
Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary:
$70,000 USD
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
~$140,000 USD
Commission Structure:
• Competitive commission rates tied to new clinic revenue
• Accelerators for above-target performance
• Uncapped commission plan
Expected Revenue Contribution:
• Successful AEs typically generate ~$500,000 in new clinic revenue annually, depending on clinic size and adoption speed.
• Larger concierge and longevity clinics may exceed that significantly.
