Job Title: Associate, Digital Learning Production Job Description The Associate, Digital Learning Production is responsible for assembling translated versions of eLearning courses using tools such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and Vyond. This role focuses on importing translated assets, rebuilding course structures, correcting formatting issues, syncing media, and implementing native speaker feedback. The role does not require fluency in non English languages; linguistic accuracy is handled by translators and native speaker reviewers. Key Responsibilities • Import translated XLIFF and caption files into authoring tools • Rebuild translated course versions to match the English source • Correct formatting, layout, and timing issues • Sync audio, video, and animations • Implement edits provided by native speaker reviewers • Collaborate with translators and regional translation reviewers for clarification on complex edits • Conduct technical QA to ensure functional accuracy • Maintain consistency across all language versions • Document processes and contribute to workflow improvements Required Qualifications • Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Rise, Storyline preferred) • Strong attention to detail • Ability to follow structured workflows • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools • Ability to work with feedback from multiple stakeholders • Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with video editing tools (Synthesia, Vyond) • Experience working in a global or multilingual environment • Familiarity with XLIFF, SRT, and VTT files • QA or content production experience Competencies • Technical execution • Quality assurance • Collaboration • Problem solving • Process discipline • Adaptability Location: PHL Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time Originally posted on Himalayas
