Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We re hiring a full-time Automation & Systems Operator to architect, build, and optimize the internal operating systems that power growth. This is not a virtual assistant role and not suited for agencies. We re looking for someone highly capable, technical, and entrepreneurial - someone who loves building clean systems, automating repetitive work, integrating tools via APIs, and leveraging AI workflows to create operational leverage. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Make, and direct API integrations • Build advanced Google Sheets systems (dashboards, trackers, reporting tools, automation-driven sheets) • Implement and manage structured Notion systems for knowledge management and operations • Develop and optimize AI workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and automation-based prompts • Connect and maintain APIs between internal tools and external platforms • Audit existing processes and proactively suggest automation improvements • Create scalable backend systems that reduce manual workload and improve performance visibility • Document systems and ensure clean, maintainable automation architecture Requirements • 2+ years of experience in automation, operations, or systems-building roles • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, scripting, structured dashboards) • Strong experience with Zapier and/or Make (Integromat) • Hands-on experience working with APIs and webhook integrations • Experience building structured environments in Notion • Practical experience creating AI-driven workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, prompt engineering, automation layering) • Systems thinker with strong logical problem-solving skills • Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable in fast-moving environments • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Full-time availability (no agencies or side-hustle operators) Benefits Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams Career Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference - we ll match you with options that fit your goals Originally posted on Himalayas
