Automation Technical Architect- 10-15 Yrs Relevant Experience Job Description: • Align automation tools, processes, and strategies with business goals. • Automation architects enforce best practices, standardize compliance, and optimize automated systems and processes while working with IT teams and stakeholders. • Design best-fit automation solution for RPA and ITPA and Cognitive Automation • Conduct IPA and DPA and in the customer environment • Construct To be the solution for the identified opportunities • Build POC for solution demonstration • Evaluate and Prototype internal or external products and provide recommendations to address business requirements • Perform ROI analysis for Benefit realization and recommend the optimization approach • Conduct Workshops with customers for capability showcase and new features on solution tools • Evaluate tools and provide recommendations. • Support in Pre-sale activities and provide technical solutions to automate client requirements. • Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery. • Assist the development team in resolving technical problems. • Assist Support teams with technical expertise to resolve issues. • Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs Primary Tech Skills • Experience Solutioning and Implementation automation platforms/tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath/HPOO/Service Now/ Power Automate/Resolve.ai/Rundeck) • Proficient in any programming languages, e.g., Java, Python • Proficient in Cloud Infra Management • Good understanding of scripting concepts and scripting language, preferably Power shell, VB, Perl, C# • Experience in developing solutions using MS Power Apps and/or other low code-no code platforms • Experience with Databases, SQL and NoSQL, and DevOps • Hands-on experience in Automating Web interfaces, API, and desktop application interfaces.
