Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you. The Impact You ll Make in this Role The Autonomous Coding Adoption Specialist evaluates and optimizes AI-driven medical coding technologies. You will analyze coding performance data, identify opportunities to scale automation, and pinpoint areas of concern. This role requires collaborating with clinical, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Core Responsibilities • Analyze Automation Data: Review autonomous coding outputs against benchmarks to evaluate performance metrics. • Identify Opportunities: Find clinical scenarios, charts, or specialties ready for increased automation. • Mitigate Risks: Detect systemic AI errors, compliance drops, and data anomalies. • Communicate Insights: Collaborate with reporting team to develop clear data reports to present findings to leadership and stakeholders. • Escalate Critical Concerns: Route software bugs, compliance gaps, and edge cases to engineering and compliance and coding teams. • Collaborate Across Teams: work with data science team to identify areas of opportunity, direct coding and content analysts to dive into coding related concerns and communicate impact to customers. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: • Bachelor s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND seven (7) years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, RN in a private, public, government or military environment OR • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND eleven (11) years of as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, RN in a private, public, government or military environment • Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. • Experience with Computer-Assisted Coding (CAC) or Autonomous coding engines. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: • Proven ability to drive technology automation. • Maintain clear, consistent communication to ensure client retention and alignment • Navigates client negotiations to find mutually beneficial solutions • Executive-level presentation skills (specifically regarding ROI statistics). • Ability to bridge the gap between technical engineers, clinical staff and customers.
