Brand Operations Manager
VirtuHire
About This Role
A fast-growing D2C skincare brand based in the UK is looking to hire a Brand Operations Manager to help build the operating engine behind the brand. This is not a passive coordination role. It is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment, keep teams aligned, solve problems quickly, and drive execution without letting things slip through the cracks. You will work closely with the founder and play a central role in keeping the business organized, accountable, and moving forward.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants real ownership. You will help build and run the systems, processes, and cross-functional workflows that keep the brand operating at a high level. You will be involved in weekly planning, team accountability, product launch coordination, vendor management, cross-functional execution, and operational performance.
This role is also a rare chance to learn how a D2C brand operates end to end. You will gain direct visibility into the full business flow across product, marketing, operations, launch execution, team management, and growth.
They are going heavy on AI implementation across all departments of the business, so this role is a front-row seat to that transformation. You will have the opportunity to help lead it, learn fast, and stay on top of what is happening in AI across real business functions.
