On behalf of a client in our partner network, we are currently looking for a Brand Strategy Manager to join their team.
About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing consumer lifestyle brand headquartered in London, operating across wellness, nutrition, and personal care categories. Having built a loyal direct-to-consumer following of over 1 million customers in the UK, they are now expanding into the US and European markets and investing significantly in brand infrastructure to support that growth. The marketing leadership team has backgrounds from Unilever, Glossier, and Diageo.
The Role
As Brand Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and articulating the brand's positioning, ensuring consistency, relevance, and distinctiveness as the company enters new markets and categories. You will work closely with the CMO, creative teams, and commercial leads to translate strategy into compelling brand expression across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do
•
Own the brand positioning framework, including target audience definition, value proposition, and competitive differentiation.
•
Lead brand strategy for market entry into the US and key European markets, adapting positioning for local audience nuances.
•
Partner with Creative and Content teams to ensure brand expression is consistent and compelling across owned, earned, and paid channels.
•
Conduct consumer research and track brand health metrics to inform strategy and identify gaps.
•
Manage brand guidelines and act as a senior voice on brand decision-making across the business.
What We're Looking For
•
5-8 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or brand consulting, ideally within a consumer or lifestyle context.
•
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insight into clear, actionable brand frameworks.
•
Experience managing cross-functional brand projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
•
Commercially aware, able to connect brand investment to business outcomes.
•
International market experience or exposure to DTC brands is a strong advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
•
Base salary of 70,000 - 90,000, depending on experience.
•
Annual performance bonus.
•
Equity options in a high-growth consumer business.
•
