About This Role

Role Overview As a Business Process Consultant, Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst, you will be a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on hardware asset lifecycle management, process optimization, governance, and operational maturity. You will leverage your experience in enterprise hardware asset management and the ServiceNow platform to support the full asset lifecycle while helping design and improve scalable operational processes. What You Will Do You will manage and maintain hardware asset records, track hardware assets throughout the lifecycle, partner with procurement and vendor management teams, and maintain accurate asset records within ServiceNow. You will also analyze hardware inventory and lifecycle data to identify control gaps and process inefficiencies. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing enterprise hardware assets, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and related ITAM capabilities. Business Process Consulting experience is highly desired.
