About This Role

Become a part of our caring community The Clinical Operations Professional 2 will lead and manage strategic initiatives that support organizational objectives, compliance requirements, and industry standards. Partner with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria. Drive project execution through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through implementation and post-launch evaluation. Monitor project progress, dependencies, and critical path activities to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and objectives. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing effective mitigation and contingency plans. Facilitate decision-making and problem resolution by engaging stakeholders and escalating issues when appropriate. Establish project governance structures, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability. The Clinical Operations Professional 2 should have proven interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively both internally and externally with a wide range of people including physicians, office staff, hospital executives, medical groups, IPA's, community organizations and other health plan staff. This role will report to the Associate Director, Clinical Operations Strategy. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree • 4+ years of Project Management experience • Experience leading Agile, hybrid, and waterfall project methodologies • 3+ years of Technical experience • Customer Service • Knowledge of and experience working with Provider Communities • Experience with Electronic medical records/EMR and/or Health Information Management/HIM systems, specifically Athena • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point Presentations in a business setting • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications • PMP Certified • Familiar with JIRA Align • SAFe Certified Additional Information • If selected for this role, you may be required to complete and pass background check/investigation for AHCA • Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$65,000 - $88,600 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
