The Opportunity:
Limitlessli is seeking a strategic, highly analytical, and forward-thinking Data Analyst to establish and lead our data reporting and business intelligence function as we continue to scale our remote staffing and BPO solutions supporting U.S.-based organizations.
This is a startup-build role designed for someone who thrives in creating structure, transforming fragmented data into actionable insights, and building meaningful reporting frameworks from the ground up. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple sources to tell a compelling business story for both internal leadership and external clients.
This role will partner closely with the COO, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and the VP of Talent Acquisition to design and deliver executive-level dashboards, visual presentations, recurring reporting packages, and strategic business insights that drive performance and decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with business acumen and can move beyond reporting metrics to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations.
This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Data Analytics & Reporting Strategy
• Build and establish the company s business intelligence and reporting infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for internal leadership and external clients.
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems, spreadsheets, databases, and operational platforms.
• Translate complex datasets into clear narratives that drive action and business outcomes.
• Identify trends, patterns, gaps, forecasting opportunities, and performance drivers across the organization.
• Dashboard Development & Visualization
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and visual reporting using Power BI.
• Create compelling visual presentations and data storytelling tools for client-facing and leadership meetings.
• Develop KPI scorecards and performance measurement frameworks.
• Standardize reporting methodologies and visualization best practices.
• Cross-Functional Business Partnership
• Partner with Operations to monitor delivery performance and operational efficiency.
• Support Finance with financial reporting, forecasting, productivity analytics, and business performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to analyze campaign performance, pipeline trends, and growth opportunities.
• Support Talent Acquisition with recruiting analytics, workforce planning, sourcing effectiveness, and staffing metrics.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by presenting recommendations supported by data.
• Data Governance & Process Improvement
• Establish reporting standards, documentation, and data integrity processes.
• Improve data quality and automate manual reporting processes where possible.
• Recommend tools, workflows, and technologies to mature the analytics function.
• Build scalable reporting solutions to support company growth.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI including:
• Dashboard creation
• Data modeling
• DAX calculations
• Interactive reporting
• Executive visualization
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
• Pivot tables
• Power Query
• Advanced formulas
• Data modeling and automation
• Experience integrating and analyzing multiple data sources.
• Demonstrated ability to present findings to executive leadership and clients.
• Strong business storytelling and presentation skills.
Preferred
• Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, BPO, outsourcing, recruiting, or professional services environments.
• Experience building analytics functions in startup or high-growth environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and business intelligence architecture.
• Experience with forecasting and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM, ATS, HRIS, and financial reporting platforms.
