This role involves designing, building, and operating automated platforms that enable reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of the MX platform across SaaS, cloud, and on-premise environments. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and operate automated platforms for reliable, secure, and scalable delivery. • Build and operate CI/CD pipelines in complex environments. • Support production environments and troubleshoot technical issues. • Work with monitoring and observability tools. • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Contribute to continuous improvement and platform reliability. Technical Skills Required: With 1-2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, you must have hands-on experience with the following technical skills: • CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps • Advanced usage of Git • FreeMarker (FTL) template engine • Shell, Python, and Groovy scripting • Linux/Unix operating systems • AWS preferred, with Azure/GCP as a plus • RDBMS databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL • Experience with CI/CD pipelines in complex environments • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools • Exposure to SaaS and distributed architectures Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD • Hands-on experience in production or client-facing environments is preferred • Advanced English skills • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work under pressure in production environments • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Team-oriented with a strong collaboration mindset • Proactive and continuous improvement mindset • Excellent communication, empathy, commitment, and leadership Location & Schedule: • Remote work from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico • Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 • Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico Benefits: • Attractive Salary + Premium Benefits • Performance bonuses, grocery coupons, and savings are found. • Aguinaldo, premium vacations, and vacations paid • SGMM Medical insurance, family, and Life insurance.
