The Impact You ll Make in this Role
As the Deputy Director, Federal Market Solutions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
•
Managing partner relationship and programs between Federal Market Solutions and our Government customers and vendors while serving as Director to FMS Vice President
•
Organizing and leading the Federal Market Solutions Program Management team initiatives from program inception to delivery and sustainment, following an outcome-based, agile-focused approach. Collaborate with HIS product owners, software development teams, technical teams, and senior leadership to define project objectives.
•
Understands Proft and Loss concepts and milestone management aligned to financials to ensure FMS is prepared to assume those solutions that specifically support government initiatives and products with the ability to understand current and future strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for both short- and long-term development
•
Develops and implements project management controls to accomplish financial, schedule, deliverable, staffing, and quality assurance contractual requirements
•
Developing new proposals and strategy to win future Government awards from Federal with an understanding of firm fixed priced contracts and milestone-based payments
•
Performs other related tasks on an ad hoc basis in support of Solventum Federal Market Solutions with a growth mindset and understanding of the relationship between revenue and implementation
•
Supervisor of EI&T, Client Advocate, Program and Project Managers, FedRAMP/Cybersecurity
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
•
Bachelor s Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience with program management, medical coding or strategic client partnerships
•
Detail-oriented with analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•
Experience analyzing and documenting processes
•
Must be located in the United States and able to pass a Government background check for a position of Public Trust.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
•
Master s degree in healthcare or another related field.
•
Change Management experience, including ability to lead change effectively.
•
Experience with Solventum Coding & Reimbursement and Solventum 360 Encompass Computer Assisted Coding and Professional Coding or comparable software
•
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Project and MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
•
Experience with IL3 and IL4, RMF, ATOs, FedRAMP and the 3PAO process.
•
Experience within DoD and VA health care environments with direct responsibility for project or program management activities
•
Experience briefing executive level personnel
•
Ability to multi-task and handle large and sometimes complex workload under time constraints.
