About the Opportunity This role exists to transform partnerships into a predictable, high-converting acquisition channel, increasing sourced pipeline coverage to sustainable enterprise levels. Drive partner-sourced pipeline and ARR by operationalizing repeatable lifecycle, campaign, and co-sell motions across Tier 1 SIs and strategic ISVs. How You'll Make an Impact: Partner Lifecycle Ownership & Pipeline Acceleration • Design and execute quarterly joint business plans and co-sell motions to drive sourced pipeline output across the partner portfolio • Design and execute partner-led campaigns and co-sell playbooks to generate net-new opportunities. • Operationalize execution cadence, including executive alignment and joint account planning. • Primary KPI: Incremental sourced pipeline generated per partner. Commercial Cadence, Forecasting, & Campaign Integration • Manage the sourced pipeline weekly, driving forecast discipline and aligning with Sales Directors on pipeline commit and best-case scenarios.1 • Track partner-influenced opportunities, identifying stalled deals and deploying targeted intervention strategies.1 • Partner closely with ISV and Marketing teams to activate joint campaigns, ensuring velocity and tracking ROI to translate marketing commitments into measurable pipeline output. Performance Visibility & Strategic Reporting • Establish rigorous partner-level pipeline tracking and quantify the impact of activation on pipeline uplift. • Drive strategic improvements in pipeline coverage and surface data-driven, capital-efficient growth levers to executive leadership. You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have: • A commercially-driven mindset with a strong bias for analytical execution. • Direct experience in partner ecosystems, co-sell programs, or revenue-driving strategic alliances. • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, RevOps) and proven ability to drive action across internal and external teams. • A proactive, results-oriented approach, leveraging data to drive insights and influence partners for measurable outcomes. • Fluency in data modeling, KPI development, and reporting/dashboard creation to translate findings into strategic recommendations. • Experience with Python for statistical and scoring analyses (preferred). In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options.
