Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Business Analyst tojoin our team and play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining our Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations ERP system to enhance businessoperations. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems andprocesses, coupled with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.The successful candidate will be responsiblefor identifying, analyzing, resolving, and documenting complex system-related problemswith system users, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the ERPsystem.The individual will need topossess strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules like Finance &Operations (F&O). What We re Looking For: • Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of specific Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., F&O and CE) and their functionalities. Must have experience communicating with end users to gather requirements and business reasoning for translation of expectations to Development team, as well as communicating with end users on progress made. • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, to include the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and vice versa. • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Must have experience analyzing cross application dependencies - for instance, how requests would affect Dayforce, CE, existing integrations, etc. • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific business processes and best practices is a plus. • Ability to operate independently and set priorities amongst multiple task assignments. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, assignments, and projects. Self-motivated and highly engaged. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. MinimumQualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.Or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required to effectively perform the duties of this role. • Accounting or financial sector experience also a plus. • 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in supporting, managing, or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP system. • Proficiency with the following D365 finance modules/areas preferred: -GeneralLedger -AccountsPayable/Accounts Receivable -ProjectManagement in Accounting -Taxprocessing -Intercompany -ProjectTimesheets • Strong proficiency in system configuration, customization, and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Experience with Dynamics 365 ISVs, specifically HSO s aec360, SKSoft Treasury Automation Suite (TAS), RSAT,...
