Full Remote - Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payment application. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting Cube Care s financial accuracy and reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with customers, internal teams, and financial data in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Financial Support • Maintain accurate AR records in the accounting system • Assist with month-end closing activities related to receivables • Reconcile AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger • Support audits and provide AR documentation as needed • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure billing accuracy Process Improvement • Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and collection efficiency • Help maintain clear documentation of billing and AR procedures Qualifications • Must be based in the Philippines • 2-3+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles • Experience working with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Preferred Qualifications • Experience in healthcare, B2B, or service-based industries • Familiarity with hospital or large institutional billing processes • Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Experience supporting U.S. customers while working offshore System Requirements • Processor:Minimum 5th-generation Intel i5 or equivalent • Memory:Minimum 4 GB RAM • Operating System:Windows 10 or Mac OSX • Internet:Minimum 5.0 Mbps primary connection with reliable backup • Headset:USB noise-cancelling headset (required) • Webcam:Minimum 3 MP, capable of 720p recording Why Join Cube Care? • Support a U.S.-based manufacturing company while working remotely from the Philippines • Play a critical role infinancial accuracy and compliance • Clear ownership and accountability in your role • Long-term opportunity with avalues-driven company • Collaborative environment with leadership visibility Culture Fit We maintainhigh standards.
