Required Experience • 4+ years of experience in viral social media, creator marketing, organic growth, UGC, or related fields. • Proven success scaling social channels, creator programs, or viral content initiatives. • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and short-form content ecosystems. • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide creative decisions. • Demonstrated ability to build repeatable growth systems rather than relying on one-off viral moments.
