Ensure it includes immunizations, lab results, medications, and vitals. • Consent to share demographics: age, gender, approximate region, and activity level. • Ensure your submission is a genuine export from your Health app with a continuous history. • Maintain privacy by ensuring all data is de-identified before analysis. Qualifications Must-Have • Genuine export from your own Health app. • Complete profile with continuous history. • Linked EHR with all required clinical categories. • Consented demographics: age, gender, region, and activity level.
