Role Overview
Labcorp is seeking a remote Inside Sales Manager Europe to join our Central Labs Services team. The role involves demonstrating mastery of social selling techniques and tools to reach clients through digital channels, establishing effective sales cadence, and driving joint targeting with aligned sales Business Development Directors.
What You Will Do
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for building collaborative relationships with clients, uncovering client needs, and recognizing opportunities for other business units. They will also play a key role in mentoring and training new Inside Sales Managers and championing best practices.

Requirements
• Bachelor s degree in life science or business field
• 1 or more years experience in central lab services
• 1 or more years experience in sales
• Demonstrable experience selling services directly to the pharmaceutical and biotech section with direct interaction with mid-level and executive level decision makers
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and build relationships
• I.T proficiency e.g Microsoft packages and Salesforce
• Fluency in English, Spanish/German or French are seen as an added value
