iOS Mobile Developer

Responsibilities: • iOS Application and SDK Development: • Design, develop, and maintain advanced iOS applications using both Objective-C and Swift. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Create and enhance SDKs for iOS, ensuring seamless integration for external developers. • Code Review and Optimization: • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and performance. • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues to maintain smooth application performance. • Cross-Platform Experience: (Nice to have) • Leverage experience with other mobile technologies such as React Native to contribute to cross-platform development initiatives. • Technical Leadership: • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. • Collaborate with other senior developers and architects to drive technical decisions. • Collaboration and Communication: • Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth development process. Requirements: • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Professional iOS development experience. (All Levels of experience are welcome to apply) • Proficiency in both Objective-C and Swift. • Clean & readable code writing. • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. • Experience in building and maintaining SDKs for iOS. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. • Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services. • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications. • Strong understanding of iOS design principles, guidelines, and best practices. • Experience with performance and memory tuning tools. • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. • Familiarity with cross-platform development technologies, such as React Native, is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills Originally posted on Himalayas
