IT Asset Management (ITAM) Lead – Governance Services

We are seeking an ITAM Lead to manage a client-facing IT Asset Management engagement. You will own day-to-day delivery, governance, and reporting across HAM/SAM, license compliance, and Flexera ONE platform operations, ensuring accurate asset visibility, audit readiness, and measurable optimization outcomes. Requirements • 10+ years in ITAM/SAM with 3+ years leading delivery or engagements • Hands-on Flexera ONE (mandatory) • Strong knowledge of HAM lifecycle, software recognition/normalization, licensing basics and ELP processes • Proven client/stakeholder management, reporting, and governance facilitation • Analytical mindset; strong documentation and communication skills • ITIL Foundation, IAITAM (CSAM/CHAMP), Flexera certifications • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
