JavaScript Technical Interviewer

Responsibilities: • Conduct technical interviews for JavaScript developer roles to evaluate candidates proficiency in JavaScript, including both front-end frameworks (like React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (such as Node.js). • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and refine interview questions that are both challenging and reflective of current industry standards and job requirements. • Provide detailed feedback and assessments to the hiring managers to help make informed decisions in the recruitment process. • Keep up-to-date with the latest JavaScript technologies and frameworks to ensure assessments are relevant and comprehensive. Requirements • Extensive experience in JavaScript development, with a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end technologies. • Proven experience in roles involving technical interviewing, mentoring, or training is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex technical issues and solutions. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide objective and constructive feedback. • Additional language skills are a plus.
