Here s how you ll make an impact:
Financial Operations & Analysis
• Support day-to-day accounting and finance workflows with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, forecasts, and analyses that support business decisions
• Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency initiatives
Risk Management & Process Improvement
• Help maintain compliance with financial controls, reporting standards, and operational processes
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, and financial visibility
• Support the implementation and optimization of finance systems and tools
Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Support
• Partner with leadership, operations teams, and external stakeholders to support financial goals
• Communicate financial information clearly and effectively across teams
• Contribute to high-quality financial support that enables business growth and operational clarity

Skills and Qualifications
At Oceans, we believe in T-shaped individuals-those who bring deep expertise in one area paired with broad curiosity across the business. Depending on the opportunity, your vertical focus may include accounting, analysis, financial operations, reporting, or compliance, while your horizontal strengths may include systems thinking, communication, collaboration, and operational problem-solving.
To excel in accounting and finance opportunities at Oceans, you should have:
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, financial operations, or related functions.
• Communication Skills: Professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Financial & Analytical Skills: Strong numerical reasoning, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Technical Fluency: Familiarity with spreadsheets, finance systems, accounting tools, or reporting platforms relevant to your field.
• Collaboration & Ownership: Ability to manage priorities, work cross-functionally, and operate effectively in remote environments.
• Mindset: Proactive, organized, solutions-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and growth.

Role Specifications
This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 3.5 weeks with us.
