Junior BA/Support

• Should have problem solving, decision making and analytical skills • Ability to configure, monitor, and manage ERP systems such as Order Management System is a plus • Ability to do user training • Ability to conduct quality assurance testing • Basic knowledge in MySQL or basic SQL scripting Requirements • Computer Science or any IT-related course • Minimum of 2-3 year experience • Should be able to directly interact with clients and different groups to understand system issues, system requirements, etc. • Should be able to monitor/track the resolution and next steps/actions needed on issues and concerns raised by client • Knowledge on any service or helpdesk management system is a plus • Should be able to conduct information gathering to help identify areas in which the system can improve on and perform effectively and efficiently • Experience with technical writing especially documenting process flow diagrams, business requirements documents, problems and solutions for customers and other support personnel, creating user s manual Benefits • Allowances • Health Insurance, • Hospitalization Insurance • Accident Insurance Originally posted on Himalayas
