We are seeking a highly organized and influential Lead Supply Chain Project Manager to drive critical distribution center, warehouse automation, operational go-live, and supply chain transformation projects across our organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders, Operating Companies (OpCos), and cross-functional teams to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to complex initiatives.

What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and tracking of strategic supply chain projects, including distribution center builds, operational go-lives, warehouse automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risk registers, and governance structures.
• Drive project accountability by ensuring stakeholders complete deliverables on time and escalating risks when needed.
• Partner with business leaders, project sponsors, and OpCos to create alignment and visibility across multiple initiatives.
• Support and enhance project management methodologies, playbooks, and governance processes.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Track project health, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness activities.
• Support implementation planning, operational readiness, training coordination, and post-go-live reviews.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution practices.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of project management experience leading large, complex projects.
• Experience managing supply chain, logistics, distribution, operations, or warehouse-related initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead projects through implementation and go-live activities.
• Strong project planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates, drive accountability, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP certification or other formal project management credentials.
• Experience supporting distribution center builds, facility launches, warehouse automation, or supply chain transformations.
• Experience working within structured PMO environments and applying project management methodologies.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, stage-gate, or other formal project frameworks.
• Experience with project portfolio management and executive reporting.
