Position: Domain Expert - Legal (Lexis+ Research) Type:Contract Compensation:$76-$120/hour Location:Remote Role Responsibilities • Confirm every case, statute, and regulation is still good law for the point cited. Catch negative Shepard's treatment. • Catch non-existent or misdescribed cases. Verify quotes, holdings, and pin cites. • Judge completeness by ensuring controlling authority is found and on-point cases are not missed. Maintain distinct 50-state/multi-jurisdiction splits. • Verify currency by checking the version of the law in force on the operative date. • Distinguish binding vs. persuasive authority. Require verify-before-finalize.
