The Manager, Delivery Services oversees the execution and completion of technology solutions projects in the professional services arena and manages people who lead projects supporting the company-client relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will provide budget analysis, labor planning and coordination of activities between client and company personnel, as well as monitor project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections. This role oversees the performance of the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems or system integration projects or engagements and typically utilizes management skills more than technical skills. Sponsorship, in any form, is not available for this position. Location: Remote, US Why you want to work on this team: • Lead a program that has high visibility across Availity • Deep passion for leading and coaching a high performing team that is results oriented • Enjoy researching and solving complex issues that are technical in nature To be qualified for this position you: • Bachelor s degree or the equivalent in work experience • 3 years of leadership / managing people / supervisory role • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare and/or IT related project implementations experience • Experience in interviewing and hiring practices • Experience / participation in healthcare industry data organizations • Proven track record in managing multiple, complex strategic initiatives • Demonstrated people management skills • Strong ability to make sound decisions on priorities and motivate teams towards improvement • Ability to make sense of complex, intertwined set of business/technical issues and create a relevant picture of what matters the most to ensure an actionable plan • Ability to communicate and present in verbal and written format in a clear, concise, and professional manner, appropriately tailored to audiences • Solid understanding and experience in Health Plan s integration, process, and program needs and how they align with Availity s products and best practices • Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly stressful and changing environment with tight deadlines and timeframes • Possess strong communication skills and discuss complex technical concepts in a simple and consumable message to external stakeholders • Demonstrated political awareness and ability to diplomatically handle sensitive situations with internal and external customers and ability to cultivate effective, productive customer relationships and partnerships • Ability to produce critical deliverables in a high time bound engagement with minimal guidance • High degree of comfort, confidence, and fluency in communicating with executive leadership team • Ability to travel up to 20% You will set yourself apart with: • PMP or PgMP Certification • Healthcare Technology experience • Provider Data Management experience You will be: • Managing, assigning, and prioritizing implementation related project and program management activities through the implementation lifecycle • Ensuring implementation processes and procedures, including key milestones, and timeframes are met and identifies opportunities for process improveme...
