About This Role

Responsibilities • Source and vet medical facilities and transportation providers in priority regions. • Interview providers and help expand MHG s partner network; maintain accurate records. • Coordinate meetings across time zones; manage agendas, take notes, track actions. • Support negotiations, rate comparisons, invoicing prep, and document control. • Assist with basic compliance checks and provider credential validation. Required Skills • Excellent verbal and written English. • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through. • Confident interviewing and stakeholder coordination. • Proficiency with Google Workspace Nice to Have • Healthcare operations, medical terminology, or credentialing familiarity. • CRM/vendor tools • Interest in maritime, logistics, or medical coordination. • French/Spanish/Portuguese What You ll Gain • Hands-on global operations experience and provider management. • Exposure to negotiations, SLAs, invoicing, and compliance basics. • Mentorship from the Head of Onshore MedOps and potential path to full-time.
