Position: Outpatient Therapist (LCSW) - 100% Remote - California License Required Licensure: Active California LCSW license required Compensation:$88,000-$115,000 Schedule: Monday-Friday,40 hours per week | Fully Remote - PST (U.S. Only) To be considered for this position, candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and have an active CA LCSW license. We re currently hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients across the lifespan through one of our trusted outpatient clinic partners in California. What You'll Do As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans • Provide short-term therapy services (12-week model) for patients of all ages • Treat a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders (SUD), and maternal mental health conditions • Deliver 45-minute intake and therapy sessions • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatry, crisis services, and case management • Contribute to a team-oriented environment with a proactive, go-getter mindset More About the Role • Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient clinic based in California • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hrs/week in PST • Appointments: 45 minutes for intakes and individual sessions • Administrative time: Included within schedule • Caseload: Approx. 6-8 clients per day • Patient Population: All ages • Languages: Spanish fluency required Additional Details: • Short-term, structured therapy model (approx. 12 weeks) • Seeking team-oriented clinicians who thrive in a collaborative environment • Experience working with immigrant populations is a plus Why Iris Telehealth? • Mission-Driven Work:At Iris Telehealth, our mission is at the heart of everything we do: increasing access to high-quality mental health care. Qualifications: • Proven experience providing therapy services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Active California LCSW license required • Availability for 30-32 hours per week during PST hours • Experience treating a wide range of behavioral health conditions • Experience working with diverse populations; experience with immigrant populations preferred • Fluent in Spanish and willing and able to provide patient care in this language. • Telehealth experience preferred • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory Our Benefits: At Iris Telehealth, we believe great care starts with caring for our clinicians.
