Direct Counsel is seeking a Patent Prosecution Technical Advisor or Patent Agent (Biotech) to join a highly respected Am Law firm. The role involves managing global patent portfolios, drafting and responding to office actions, and collaborating with scientists and inventors to develop and protect new technologies. Requirements • Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Computational Biology, Protein Design, Structural Biology, or related field • Strong scientific writing and analytical skills • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear legal/scientific language • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities • USPTO registration preferred (not required) Benefits • Base salary range: $100,000 - $200,000 • Bonus eligible with a comprehensive benefits package Originally posted on Himalayas
