About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilledPerformance Marketing& AI Marketing Specialistto help scale our marketing engine through data-driven performance marketing, AI-powered workflows, and full-funnel campaign optimization.
The top priority for this role is strong, hands-on expertise inend-to-end performance marketing. The ideal candidate understands how to plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns across the full customer journey, including paid media strategy, lead generation, funnel optimization, conversion tracking, landing page performance, retargeting, campaign analytics, and ROI-focused reporting.
This role is especially well suited for someone with experience inhealthcare technology, B2B marketing, senior care, assisted living, long-term care, or other healthcare-related audiences. The right candidate should know how to build campaigns that generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and support measurable business growth.
In addition to performance marketing, this person should be highly capable with modern AI marketing tools. They should understandprompt engineering, AI-assisted campaign execution, and agentic marketing workflows, including how to help build, test, and optimize AI agents that improve marketing operations. This includes using AI not only for content creation, but also for campaign automation, reporting, lead nurturing, audience research, workflow efficiency, and marketing performance improvement.
Reporting directly to the CMO, this role will play a key part in scaling marketing across paid, organic, social, email, and AI-enabled channels. We are looking for someone who is strategic, analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable using both marketing fundamentals and emerging AI tools to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
•
Own and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, retargeting, display, and other high-converting channels
•
Build, manage, and improve full-funnel paid marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, conversion, and measurable ROI
•
Develop landing page strategies, campaign funnels, ad messaging, A/B tests, and conversion optimization plans
•
Set up, monitor, and analyze campaign tracking, including pixels, UTMs, conversion events, attribution, and reporting dashboards
•
Manage and optimize campaigns for audiences such as assisted living facilities, senior care providers, healthcare technology buyers, and related B2B decision-makers
•
Use AI tools and prompt engineering to improve campaign strategy, ad creative, audience research, messaging, content development, and reporting
•
Help build and manage AI agents that support marketing workflows, including lead nurturing, campaign execution, content pipelines, reporting, and marketing automation
•
Apply agentic AI marketing strategies to improve speed, personalization, efficiency, and campaign performance
•
Create, test, and refine high-quality prompts for AI-assisted copywriting, campaign ideation, market research, competitor research, and performance analysis
•
Support social media marketing efforts across organic and paid channels, including content planning, campaign execution, engagement, and performance review
•
Write and edit marketing copy for ads, landing pages, emails, social media, lead magnets, and campaign assets
•
Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation workflows, lead nurture sequences, A/B testing, and performance tracking
•
Use tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms
•
Collaborate with design, sales, product, and leadership teams to align messaging, campaign strategy, and business goals
•
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, turning data into clear recommendations and next steps
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
•
3-5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with a strong focus on performance marketing
•
Advanced knowledge of performance marketing, including paid ads, funnel strategy, conversion optimization, lead generation, tracking, analytics, and ROI reporting
•
Proven experience managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar channels
•
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare tech, senior care, assisted living, long-term care, SaaS, or related industries
•
Strong prompt engineering skills with practical experience using AI tools for marketing strategy, copywriting, content generation, research, and campaign optimization
•
Experience with AI agentic marketing and the ability to help build, manage, or improve AI agents for marketing workflows
•
Working knowledge of social media marketing, including organic content, paid social campaigns, audience targeting, and performance analysis
