Were Hiring: Quotation Specialist Join a growing freight and logistics organization as a Quotation Specialist, responsible for managing rate sheets, preparing accurate freight quotations, and supporting pricing operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with logistics experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage pricing data accurately in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: • Create, update, and maintain freight rate sheets based on market trends and client requirements • Prepare accurate quotations for logistics and freight services • Assist in administrative and data management tasks related to pricing and operations • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure pricing accuracy • Monitor and update pricing information to remain competitive in the market • Support other logistics and business-related tasks as agreed with the Client • Ensure all data and documentation are accurate, organized, and up to date Qualifications: • Experience in the freight, logistics, or shipping industry is required • Strong knowledge of rate sheet creation and quotation preparation • Experience preparing accurate quotations for logistics and freight services • Proficient in Excel or similar tools for data and pricing management • Strong analytical and numerical skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Good English communication skills (written and verbal) • Willing to assist with administrative and operational support tasks as needed • Familiarity with logistics operations is an advantage • Stable internet connection and complete work-from-home setup required Work Setup: • 100% Remote • Full-time role following the Israeli time zone Rate: • USD 4 per hour Originally posted on Himalayas
