Attorney Requirements: • Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California • Minimum 5 years experience in Probate and Estate Planning law • Familiar with all aspects of Probate and Estate Planning • Post-death trust & probate administration experience • Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter and able to work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
