What You'll Do Client Consultations & Benefits Education • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone • Connect with individuals seeking information about available benefits • Identify individual and family financial protection priorities • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options • Answer questions clearly and professionally • Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations • Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment • Assist with required documentation Build Long-Term Client Relationships Your relationship with clients continues beyond the initial enrollment. You'll also help with: • Policy reviews • Beneficiary updates • Coverage questions • Policy and account service requests • Claims-related guidance • Follow-up communication • Changes in family protection needs • Ongoing client support The goal is to become a trusted resource for the families you serve.
