Upgrade Resources is a boutique staffing and recruiting firm specializing in commercial construction, transmission and utilities, and industrial operations. Founded in 2025 by an industry veteran, we've built a strong roster of national and regional clients - including major mechanical contractors, transmission utilities, industrial distribution companies, and manufacturing leaders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Source, screen, and submit candidates for skilled trades, construction, industrial, and sales roles across our active client roster
• Manage your own pipeline using our ATS (Manatal) and our AI-assisted candidate evaluation system
• Conduct phone screens, technical qualification calls, and submission write-ups
• Run LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Boolean searches to build candidate pipelines
• Manage candidates through the full lifecycle - sourcing, submission, interview prep, offer, and placement
• Collaborate with our team on shared roles and client strategy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house) preferred
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own desk without micromanagement
• Strong written and verbal communication - you'll be writing candidate submissions clients actually read
• Comfortable with technology - ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, AI tools
• Hunter mentality - you actively source, you don't just post and pray
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and must reside in the US
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
• Previous experience recruiting in skilled trades, construction, MEP, transmission, utilities, or industrial sectors
• Familiarity with CRM, Indeed, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
• Experience with commission-based or contract recruiting structures

COMPENSATION
This is a 1099 commission-based role. We offer one of the most competitive splits in the industry, and our recruiters control their own earnings. Specific structure will be discussed during the interview process.
Realistic earnings:
• Year 1 (ramping): $50,000 - $90,000
• Year 2+ (full desk): $100,000 - $150,000+
• Top performers: $200,000+
