Join Lumiform as a RevOps Manager and build the engine that fills the sales pipeline by mapping the total addressable market, finding the right contacts, and running signal-based outbound campaigns that get demos on the calendar.
Requirements
• Build and maintain the TAM in Clay
• Automatically identify and enrich contact persons per account and push qualified leads into HubSpot
• Set up signal-based triggers to prioritize outreach timing
• Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end
• Keep CRM hygiene as a continuous responsibility
• Do manual research when needed
