We are seeking a reliable and friendly Secretary/Assistant to support our landscaping company s day-to-day operations. This role involves answering client calls and messages, generating invoices, and managing appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and maintains a positive, professional demeanor over the phone.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client messages in a timely, friendly manner
• Schedule and manage appointments using Google Calendar
• Create and send invoices to clients
• Maintain organized records of communications and appointments
• Provide basic administrative support as needed to assist daily operations
