The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the data capture, analysis & reporting of data information to assist the Trinity Health leadership team achieve operational efficiency. Responsible for auditing of department information, producing reports & suggesting improvements to processes. Provides knowledge & expertise in the program, services & applications. Maintains a Working Knowledge of applicable federal, state & local laws / regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of Conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior & safe work practices. Captures, analyzes & validates data to maximize the information provided for clinical quality &/or financial performance improvement using qualitative & quantitative techniques. Assures the integrity of the Charge Description Master (CDM) & the charge capture process by providing sound advice & leadership as it relates to individual procedures charged, CPT codes, billing requirement, reimbursement & compliance issues. Supports the operation & maintenance of the Decision Support System on an ongoing basis, to ensure integrity of data. Follows established schedule & carefully validates data & resolves errors; prepares & distributes quarterly reports; maintains open lines of communication with local & Trinity Health leaders.
