Senior Back End Engineer (.NET)

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Engineer to join a strategic project focused on the customization and enhancement of the a SaaS solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, for a large enterprise customer. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable customizations, support new product development, and drive alignment with a unified enterprise data model, while ensuring best practices across architecture, development, and quality. Key Responsibilities • design and implementation of customizations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/Dataverse) • Own solution architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards • Drive new product creation and feature development within SaaS platform (customer version + inner sourcing and to core version contribution) • Oversee process automation initiatives (workflows, integrations, business rules) • Ensure data model alignment with enterprise-wide data standards • Guide and mentor developers; perform code reviews and enforce best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Support integration with external systems and services • Participate in knowledge transfer and contribute to documentation and governance processes Technology Stack The role requires hands-on expertise in technologies commonly used for Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, including: • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) / Dataverse • C# / .NET (Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities) • JavaScript / TypeScript (Client-side customizations, form scripting) • Power Platform: • Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps) • Power Automate (flows) • REST APIs / Web API integrations • Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps - nice to have) • SQL / Dataverse data modeling • ALM tools (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines) Required Experience • 7+ years in software engineering, with strong focus on Dynamics 365 / CRM development • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer in enterprise environments • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, extensibility, and limitations • Experience designing scalable data models and integrations • Hands-on experience with automation and business process optimization • Ability to lead distributed teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders Nice to Have • Experience with large-scale SaaS platform customization • Exposure to enterprise data model transformations / harmonization initiatives • Knowledge of DevOps practices in Dynamics environments • Experience working in phased transitions / knowledge transfer setups What You ll Be Working On • Customizing and extending a mission-critical enterprise platform • Driving automation and digital transformation initiatives • Building a scalable, future-ready solution aligned with enterprise data strategy • Supporting transition to internal ownership and sustainable delivery model Why work with us?
