Role Overview Join a leading Am Law firm as a Senior Corporate & Private Equity Associate Attorney, leading complex private equity transactions and serving as a trusted advisor to clients on strategic investments and corporate matters. What You Will Do Represent private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and other strategic corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and advising clients on transaction strategy and corporate governance.
