About This Role

Yordas is seeking a Senior/Managing Regulatory Consultant to contribute to the strategic development and implementation of our expanding portfolio of services on global chemical-based regulations. As a senior member of the Global Notifications team, you will work closely with the Business Unit lead to provide strategy, leadership and guidance to industry and your colleagues to navigate regulatory compliance across different jurisdictions. Roles and Responsibilities • Co-ordinate, lead and develop the team of internationally based regulatory consultants engaged in global notification services (ca. 10 - 15 staff) • Lead complex multi-client projects on the implementation of new and developing chemical management regulations. • Provide in-depth regulatory knowledge and technical advice on global regulations, including EU REACH, UK REACH, K-REACH, KKDIK, TSCA and other key international frameworks • Work in close collaboration with the scientific consultancy team to ensure a seamless and effective delivery of service to clients • In collaboration with the Business Unit Lead and key members of the Business Unit, deploy growth strategies to deliver performance in line with corporate aims and objectives • Ensure Project Management and Resource Allocation are continuously developed, nurtured, and effectively deployed throughout the team • Lead on advocacy and thought leadership to support and provide guidance to external stakeholders Profile and Qualifications • Experience in successfully leading a team of international regulatory experts within industry or a consultancy for a minimum of 5 years • Strong working knowledge of global chemical supply chain regulations; preferably within Yordas direct scope of work (e.g., EU/UK REACH, GHS, BPR, TSCA, Medical Devices, etc.) • Excellent project management capabilities • Demonstrable key account management experience • Robust experience in enterprise & resource planning and change management • Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L or budgetary responsibility • Experience in advocacy and thought leadership Benefits Dependent on location, we offer an excellent range of staff benefits, including: • Pension Scheme and Medical Benefits • Generous holidays • Professional Development • Social Culture • Flexible working Originally posted on Himalayas
