Whatyou llown • Lead complex software implementation projects from discovery through deployment, driving successful outcomes that align with client goals, timelines, and budgets. • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors, creating strong partnerships that drive long-term success and adoption. • Establish governance frameworks, including steering committees and project reviews, that provide transparency, alignment, and informed decision-making. • Drive project execution by managing scope, timelines, risks, resources, and budgets whilemaintainingaccountability for overall project performance. • Shape project strategies and delivery plans that accelerate implementation success and maximize value for clients. • Identifyand resolve risks, issues, and potential escalations early, protecting projectobjectivesand strengthening the client experience. • Lead cross-functional project teams,fosteringcollaboration, accountability, and high-quality delivery across every phase of the project lifecycle. • Influence continuous improvement by championing best practices, effective change management, and scalable delivery methodologies that enhance client outcomes. • Ability to travel 10-25% - majority is North American but could include international travel. Whatyou llbring • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects within professional services, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise software environments. • Proven success delivering complex cloud, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and on-premises technology implementations from project initiation through completion. • Strong project managementexpertise, including scope management, risk mitigation, budgeting, governance, resource planning, and change management. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience building trusted relationships with clients and senior leaders while leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. • Strong analytical, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to successful outcomes. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. It sa bonus if you have • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification ora comparableproject management credential. • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant master's degree. • Experience leading implementations within Accounts Payable,Procure-to-Pay, or financial technology environments. • Experience managing software-as-a-service (SaaS) migrations from on-premises solutions. • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and resource management tools such as CA Clarity, Mavenlink, Project Online, or similar platforms. • Experience with system integration, implementation, and conversion projects in complex enterprise environments. • Experience working in payments, financial services, or related industries.
