Sr. Manager Demand & Supply Planning

We re looking for a Senior Manager, Demand & Supply Planning to lead the integrated planning function for a high growth business division, Hestan Culinary. Requirements • 8-12+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or integrated business planning • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce (durable goods like cookware preferred) • Proven track record leading S&OP/IBP processes • Strong understanding of both forecasting and supply/inventory planning • Experience with planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar) • Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Benefits • 401k Matching • Generous Paid Time Off • Retirement Plan • Tuition Reimbursement Originally posted on Himalayas
