Staff Engineer, Java Backbase

Nagarro is a Digital Product Engineering company looking for a Staff Engineer with experience in Java 17 and core backend development, to work on building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. Requirements • Total Experience 7+ years. • Strong hands-on experience with Java 17 and core backend development. • Proficient in building microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. • Hands-on experience with Backbase platform, including service orchestration, SDKs, and widget customization. • Strong understanding of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend system design. • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes. • Working knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases. • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. • Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and code quality standards. • Good knowledge of system performance tuning and scalability optimization. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices.
